The court document states that their DM's soon turned explicit before the two decided to meet up three months later. At the meeting, the plaintiff claims he was forced to perform sexual acts and deeds with Howard and another participant known as "Kitty'. The athlete's attorney says that Harper is simply looking for a payday.
In the lawsuit, Harper claims he was shocked to learn Howard had invited the third participant named "Kitty" who he described as "a man dressed as a woman," and demanded the three of them engage in sexual acts together. The alleged victim says that he rejected Howards requests and that's when things went left.
Harper claims the athlete performed oral sex on him before bending him over and continuing the assault.
